the world, as well as various products made using charcoal.
Visitors can observe charcoal making operation.
Visitors can experience making wind chimes using Binchotan charcoal.

Kishu Binchotan Discovery Museum (Japanese only)
Take the Ryujin bus from "Kii-Tanabe" Station on the JR Kinokuni
Line, and get off at "Binchotan Park" stop.
From "Nankai-Tanabe" IC on the Hanwa Expressway, head east on
National Route 42 for 2 minutes. From "Akitsu" ramp, take Prefectual
Road Tanabe Ryujin Line for 10 kilometers toward Ryujin Onsen and Mount
Koya.
