Visitors can see the display of oil lamps and the Japanese lamps (the Edo era).
Visitors can see demonstration of lighting a lamp.
Visitors can see demonstration to make a fire.

Kako Lighting Museum(Japanese only)


15 minutes walk from the JR Line "kakogawa" station to the south.
1minute walk from Shinki bus "Nishi Danchi,Sun Royal" going "kakogawa kani saibansho Minami" getting off from the JR Line "kakogawa station".
10minutes by car from the kakogawa bypass "kakogawa" exit to the south.


Available 10 cars.


10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday ~ Sunday
Closed Mondays (except for national holidays)
Closed Tuesdays following national holidays.
Closed O-bon, year - end and New year holidays.

University student,high school student - 200 yen per person.
Free of charge lower than a junior high school student.
