Train: 10 minutes walk from Nagahama Station, JR Hokuriku Line
Car: 10 minutes by car from Hokuriku Expressway Nagahama I.C.

Parking

44 car parking spaces (free of charge). Tour buses can make a brief stop in front of the museum to take on or let off passengers, and can park in the City Tour Bus Carpark.

10:00-17:30 (last reception 16:30)
Closed Mondays (or Tuesday when Monday is a holiday) and the year -end and New Year Season

Up to about 150 people (For groups of 150 or larger, please consult with the museum in advance.)

Visitors with reservations are given priority.
Please make a reservation or register at front desk on the day.

It is expected that guests will take 1 to 2 hours to tour the museum.

Based on the concept “Give it a try! The exciting future challenge”, the Museum offers a place to nurture pioneer mindset through exciting experiences for the children who will lead the future society.
A projection mapping theater where you can experience the challenge story of Yanmar's founder, content that allows you to enjoy learning about the workings of an engine using your body, agricultural and fishing experiences using screens, and the experience of operating a real excavator and so on.
It's sure to be exciting for both adults and children!

Admission fee

【Weekdays】 Adults: 1,000 yen, Elementary and Middle School Students: 600 yen
【Weekends and Holidays】 Adults: 1,200 yen, Elementary and Middle School Students: 700 yen

*Group discounts (for 20 or more people) are 100 yen off.
