The Council for INVEST KANSAI was launched in August 2009 to promote foreign investment in the Kansai region.
The council is composed of the Kansai Economic Federation; Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Kansai Area (secretariat is Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry); JETRO Osaka; and the Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The Council for INVEST KANSAI supports foreign companies planning to enter Kansai in various ways.
